Background
Karen holds a BS in Psychology and MBA from Fordham University in New York City. She has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from HRCI and a certificate in Organization Change Management from New York University. She is a member of SHRM, the Association of Talent Development, HR Houston, Southern CT SHRM and Women’s Energy Network.
She has worked for top companies across the energy, financial services and technology sectors, including Calpine Corporation, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., GE Energy Financial Services, Black & Veatch and more.
